Dianne Kohler Barnard must not dare say, No I just shared a post……Let’s see which wins! PW Botha racist legacy or “DA’s rainbow nation.” — Ajtesel (@MoLesetja) October 1, 2015
The post claimed during Botha’s reign, education, health and the police service were better than they are now.
Kohler Barnard has apologised claiming she didn’t read the post properly and deleted it immediately when she realised its contents.
The DA’s James Selfe says the matter is being investigated.
“The matter has been referred to me by Mmusi Maimane. I am currently in the process of investigating the matter in detail, but it will almost certainly result in disciplinary action against Ms Kohler Barnard.”
Party leader Mmusi Maimane, called the post ‘indefensible’.
