AFRICANGLOBE – If antipathy and animus were skill sets analogous to economic freedom, I’d wager that 99 percent of Blacks would be multimillionaires.
It’s Christmas, and, in the spirit of giving, Blacks are discovering new ways to give shortsightedness and self-limitation new meaning. Let me explain.
Did you know and/or realize that from 9 a.m., Tuesday morning, Dec. 24, 2013, until 9 a.m., Thursday morning Dec. 26, 2013, approximately 3,752 unborn Black children will be murdered by abortion? That’s nearly 4,000 unborn children whom the would-be mothers and would-be fathers won’t have to worry about spending money on next Christmas (sarcasm intended). And that isn’t even the tip of the iceberg. Approximately 1,876 unborn Black children are murdered by abortion every single day.
You like statistics? You want more? OK, try these on for size. My colleague, Walter E. Williams, in reference to Black-on-Black crime, presented the following statistics, but I find them just as relevant pursuant to abortion:
“According to a Tuskegee Institute study, between the years 1882 and 1968, 3,446 Blacks were lynched at the hands of Whites. Black fatalities during the Korean War (3,075), Vietnam War (7,243) and all wars since 1980 (8,197) come to 18, 515, a number that pales in comparison with [the number of Blacks murdered by abortion and] Black loss of life at home. It’s a tragic commentary to be able to say that young Black males have a greater chance of reaching maturity on the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan than on the streets of Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit, Oakland, Newark and other cities.” (“Should Black people tolerate this?“)
The demographics of the United States show that Blacks make up approximately 12.2 percent of the total U.S. population. But Black-on-Black crime is staggeringly disproportionate. And don’t even bother to give me the B.S. (bull spin) that was prostituted last year in an attempt to portray the rate of Black-on-Black crime as commensurate with White-on-White crime. The number of Blacks murdered by other Blacks is roughly 8,000 annually.
As of Dec. 22, 2013, 80.2 percent of the 435 homicides in Chicago alone were Blacks.
My colleague, Rev. Clenard H. Childress Jr., notes that while Black women comprise approximately 13 percent of the female childbearing population (age 15-44) in the United States, they have approximately 36 percent of abortions. Since 1973, 13 million unborn Black children have been murdered. That’s more than the total number of Blacks who died from AIDS, violent crimes, accidents, cancer and heart disease combined in the same time period. (All numbers are based on cumulative statistics provided by the U.S. Center for Disease Control, BlackGenocide.org.)
Studies say, by the year 2038, Blacks in America will be an insignificant voting/population group. As Rev. Childress points out, for liberals like Andrew Cuomo, 60 percent of Black pregnancies ending with the unborn children being murdered by abortion isn’t enough. Cuomo, the governor of New York, “claims that a state law that supposedly makes it hard to get abortions in the ninth month of pregnancy is having a “‘chilling effect’” on those who want them and those who perform them,” according to the New York Post.
But, as I said at the beginning, the majority of Blacks (spurred on by Obama, and liberal Whites) aren’t motivated by common sense nor the urgency of modernity. They give all appearance of a group of Americans hell-bent on becoming the biggest sodality of betise.
