Dallas Police Ambush Reaches Bloody End

The shooting, which is the deadliest single-day killing of law enforcement officers since the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks, broke out during an entirely peaceful Black Lives Matter protest spurred by the videotaped police execution of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile.

Shameful: Ugandan President Denied Hotel Room Because Of Homosexuality Stance

AFRICANGLOBE - Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni was reportedly denied reservations at two hotels in the United States over his government's stance on homosexuality. According to Dallas Voices, a mouthpiece for the gay community in Dallas, Texas, gay activists in the area forced two hotels to cancel Yoweri Museveni's bookings.

African Americans in Dallas Boycott Korean Business

The African American community in Dallas has been protesting a gas station run by a Korean-born U.S. citizen in a predominately black neighborhood in South Dallas for over a month, taking issue with what they claim were racial remarks by the station’s owner. The Korean government dispatched the consul general of the Korean Consulate General in Houston to the area yesterday to help resolve the issue, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
